I thought it might end that way.

Wow! That cat has no fear! And I don’t even think she was mad at the dog because there wasn’t much hissing and no raised fur or swelled tail!

Was that a real fight, or where they playing? Hard to tell with cat, but the dog looked like play time.

Scott — No, he (the cat’s a male) wasn’t mad at her (the dog). They were both playing. On occasion, his tail does swell (and that’s when we intervene), but he’s never hissed at her. She sometimes gets pretty loud and vicious sounding, but only when she’s tired and ready to stop. She is six and a half years old.

Don — They were really playing, Loki’s tail fuzzes out when he’s pissed.

Really? They were only playing?

kip — Yep, they honestly were. Now, they’re not all lovey-dovey with each other normally, but they do play together.

LOL! My dog and cat do the same thing! Its sweet how the dogs are so patient with the cats! I mean technically a dog could pick up the cat and shake him, but my dog just sits there and nudges the cat around with her nose and paws at her, playing, even when the cat is viciously biting her neck!!!

Lol, that’s too cute :)

Oh that had me cracking up!

You can totally tell they are playing. Cuz in my house, that would not happen. Cat would be dead after first swat. :)

LOL…can I borrow Domino? I have a couple foster cats that really need to be put in their place.
